Make your membership payment with Paypal.  Membership dues are $12 a year and are renewed in January.  If you join after January, dues for your first year of membership are pro-rated by a reduced  amount of $1 a month, with Feb. dues at $11, March at $10, etc., until Nov. and Dec., when new members can pay $12 for the rest of that year and all of the next.
